Can I charge a single sign-up fee regardless of how many products they buy?

Unfortunately, you cannot currently do this with our plugin. But you may be able to achieve it by using a plugin similar to WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features PRO, which allows you to apply conditional logic to coupons.
