How do I change a payment plan from Cancelled to Active?

First, install and activate the User Switching plugin, if you have not done so already. This is a free plugin and you can find it on your WordPress Dashboard by searching for “User Switching” when adding a new plugin.

Next, edit the payment plan that you want to change and click the Profile link:

Then, click Switch To:

Here, switch to your customer’s account and go to their My Account page. Afterward, click on the My Payment Plan tab and click Resubscribe before stepping through the checkout process as the customer would. Once this has been completed, check to see if the user now has access to your content and switch back to your user account.
